Let client modify DNS settings/Cloudflare

Hi!

Currently I use Cloudflare to manage my clients DNS records manually 😞

In Plesk then also I have to turn-off the default DNS option as it is done by CF.

How can this be done automatically ? I also want the customer to be able to modify these entries without my interference.

I read somewhere there is a module which does this but not sure.
