client tag ?

Hi,

now,whmcs has "Client Group" feature,

but it means one client can only be assigned to certain one Client Group.

does whmcs or other plugin can use many tags feature for certain one client ?

by the way,i can list the clients with certain one tag(feature) and only send mails to them.

WHMCS itself wouldn't allow it... there have been 2 feature requests for it over the last 8 years (they should be merged)...

with regards to third-party options, you could take a look in Marketplace, but off-hand i'm not aware of any such solution.

if the need for multiple groups is because you want to send emails to them specifically, then if you were using Bulk Mail / Email Campaigns, you should be able to filter by client custom fields... so using an admin-only custom field could help in this situation.

these requests have reach 60 votes if merged together.
