Currently, we don't have plans to release a RTL version, but that might change in the future, depending on the number of requests we get.

I'm upgrading and not sure how to complete the first step: * IMPORTANT : Switch back to the default "Blend" theme.

Where is this option?

The only place I'm aware of is under the System Settings -> General Settings area

Today we have released Lara updates for all actively supported and long-term support (LTS) versions of WHMCS, namely:

* Lara v8.13.1 (for WHMCS v8.13.1).
* Lara v8.12.2 (for WHMCS v8.12.2).
* Lara v8.11.3 (for WHMCS v8.11.3).

These updates resolve a number of security vulnerabilities that have been identified as affecting all currently supported versions of WHMCS.

We strongly recommend that you update your WHMCS as soon as possible, then update the Lara Theme.
