populate "Register New domain" always how can i make subdomain to show up first instead?

to make it show up first, e.g to alter the order of the domain options, you'd probably have to edit the template as their order is defined in there (or some horrendous jQuery hook to manipulate the HTML!).

if you're going to link to the product as above, then you could pass a domainoption value in the url, so to show a subdomain first (not shown first in order, but opened by default)...

cart.php?a=add&pid=1&domainoption=subdomain

if you wanted, on a product/group basis, to specify whether register/transfer/own were visible options, and which should be the default option, then you can use the hook you found for that! 🙂
