This is what support told me about the problem: There was an issue with the hostname and API key in server settings which we corrected to resolved this issue.

Tell you what I will do, is try and get them to tell me how they fixed it. I can see where is will be helpful to others.

I'm telling you that WHMCS support is not up to what it should be.

Sorry but I have little faith in those who built WHMCS. My support guys also helped me fix the cron problem.

I cannot tell you because it was fixed by my hosting reseller company support.

My server has been fixed!

Well, I have almost the same problem! Can I get some help with adding my first server I keep getting errors: Connection Error: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to 184.154.167.34:2086 (35) I can also use someone who can edit my site for me if you do not charge to much.
