donostiarra Posted December 30, 2019 Share Posted December 30, 2019 Hi! I don't know if it's a mistake or bug. I use WHMCS 7.8.3. When a proforma of card payment is generated, the template "Credit Card Invoice Created" is sent, but when the pending pro forma reminder is executed before expiration, both customers who pay by bank transfer and by card charge, they are send the "Invoice Payment Reminder" template. To those who pay by card why are not sent the reminder of the template "Credit Card Payment Pending"? Same problem after the payment, the template that is used is "Invoice Payment Confirmation" insted of "Credit Card Payment Confirmation". It is very confusing for customers because, of course, the content of transfer payment confirmation and credit card confirmation is different. Any solution??
