But let me show you screen. The domain name use my customer. But registered with another registar. So finally we got error

one of the other (bizarre) causes of that error is when "Block Existing Domains" is enabled in setup -> general setting -> ordering

https://docs.whmcs.com/Ordering_Tab#Block_Existing_Domains

Enabling prevents visitors mistakenly or maliciously ordering a new product with a domain name that is already pending, active or suspended in your system.

if that feature is enabled in your settings, and the domain being entered is already in your WHMCS with one of the above statuses, then WHMCS will throw that confusing error.

obviously, the specific error shown (about beginning with number/letter and being a certain length) makes absolutely no sense to either the customer or the WHMCS owner, but it's been that way for years and is one of the long standing bugs that I often go on about.

so if the setting is enabled, try disabling it and that should hopefully remove the cause of that error.

Domain error-messages are not well written... That error can happen if the domain is already active on another client's account. Could you please check if that's the case? Or does it happen with all domains?

I joined as user via Admin panel to my customer. So I try add VPS service us his domain name....
