I've issues with modern cart

@Subwayhost Please keep in mind that both Modern & Boxes are both Deprecated Order Form Templates https://docs.whmcs.com/Discontinued_Order_Form_Templates#Modern this means the  shopping cart templates no longer receive updates and may not be compatible with the latest features. This list is provided as a reference only.  As Brian mentioned it has been this way for quite some time as we progress thru releases you will find features and functionality do cease to work and your best option is to move to another template that we have not yet deprecated such as the Standard Cart theme

Can you please add new order forms ? We really as a web host liked the modern cart one and most of companies are using this order form,

Can you add one checkkout cart + some new order forms to whmcs ?  For me it's hard to use standard cart for any reason as i don't see this cart reliable like other order forms.

@Subwayhost  At this stage, there are no plans to add any new cart or order form templates to V7.9, beyond that I am unsure of the plans, what aspects of standard cart do you find difficult I'd like to loop this feedback back to our teams.  In addition to standard cart and the deprecated e do provide several templates including

Standard Cart
Premium Comparison
Pure Comparison
Supreme Comparison
Universal Slider
Cloud Slider

There are also a number of  third party themes and cart templates on our MarketPlace that you may like to look at

I thought you had bought, or are at least using, a third party one page checkout cart...?? as Chris effectively confirms, new cart templates are months away at best.

it should be far more reliable than Modern in the latest releases - there are still bugs in standard cart that have been there unfixed for years, but I wouldn't think of it as "unreliable".
