download files

hello 

i have question , is there any way to share some file to client to show them in download page in client area page 

- some users i need to share some file but not all client just for spastic client

take a look at the Files section in the client profile in the admin area - you'll be able to upload files for a specific client and they'll see a link to it in their client area homepage.

i added file pdf to 

attachments in Client Summary page in the admin area to my client 

but when my client open he cant find the file , download page and other pages nothing there

If all else fails, you can always move the file to custom (i.e. scramble the filename/directories above to circumvent unauthorized user guessing the location) publicly-accessible URL in the interim and send the file link directly.

Not a perfect solution if the download contains “for your eyes only” sensitive information, but, otherwise, could be a workaround until your client has confirmed receipt of the file(s).

it will be on the client area homepage when they login - there should be a panel showing links to any of their downloads...

the download page is only for public files, either for everyone or just all clients, it can't natively be used to provide downloads only for specific clients.
