therussian
I believe but I am not 100% sure it started when I tried to add a file to limit admin page IP login. However after removing it the error did not go away. I get the error at checkout and nothing gets added to the cart in admin panel. Pls help not sure how to fix it
WHMCS ChrisD
@therussian There could be a number of things causing this could you login to your admin area, go into Setup > General Settings > Other and tick display errors, then reload the checkout and check for the full error details.

therussian
Try going to https://myhostingspot.com pick FREE hosting plan and transfer any domain option, fill out something in the demographics and pick any one of the 3 payment options and will get you to the error

zitu4life
if nothing fixed it, check if your payment gateway could be involved in that error... if it is custom module payment gateway you must double check it.
therussian
Well, fellas its fixed however I don't yet know what was the problem. A buddy helped set up WHMCS and still has access, so according to the admin logs I see he worked on it. I will report back as soon as I know how it was done.
