Is there any way to add descriptive text or manual annotation to each product, and that it appears in the customer and invoice area? We have customers with several identical products, and we need to be able to add some annotation or individual description to differentiate products. Is there anyone with the same need? (the no hosting products have same name all of them...) aah now I understand. if these products have something unique about them, e.g if they have different usernames, IP addresses etc, then the panel/widget could be rewritten to show them - if you needed custom descriptions for each product/service, then I suppose you could use the Admin Notes option inside each product (assuming you're not using it for other purposes already) and then create the panel that checks for these custom descriptions... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
