Thanks brian,

is there an option to add the "translated document" and only that client will see it?

as I know that if we upload the documents to the download area then every customer can download it.

best regards

my customer is document translation office. they need the customer to buy the service and upload the document that needs to be translated and once translated to access the translated document.

can whmcs allow that.

not out of the box...

there's no upload option with a product, so in effect what they would need to do is buy the service, login in and then open a support ticket, attach the document file to that support ticket... the translated document could be added to their client area for them to download.

to add an upload option during ordering would require customisation help from a developer.

Alternatively you could use a small "cheat". Create a Support Department dedicated to translations that unlocks only when customers paid for your translation service. Support tickets already integrate a file uploader therefore they can use it to attach their files. Keep in mind that you could design this specific Support Department so that it doesn't even look like a ticket. You can hide title, content, name, email fields leaving the uploader with description.
