snake Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 I have a client with a service (g suite) which is on a yearly contract, but they pay monthly. They want to cancel at the end of the term, which I have done on the Google side, but how do I set a product to terminate on a specific date in WHMCS? I tried "Termination date" but it just says "Termination date ignored as it can only be set for products in Cancelled or Terminated status." 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WHMCS ChrisD Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 @snake you can't set the termination date which is correct, you can se the "Auto Terminate End of Cycle" however if you are doing this on a monthly cycle you'll need to wait until the last month of the contract to tick this as it will terminate once you hit the end of the current cycle 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
