Is this possible at all?

to do so via a URL, you may need to pass the token in the URL too, but that's not really practical if you were sending the links by email etc

knowledgebase.php?action=search&token=*your token*&search=wordpress

.. if the links were to be shown on the site, then it should be possible.

in any event, for recent versions of WHMCS, you should be able to search for articles with specific tags, e.g a link that will show articles tagged with 'wordpress' on your site, would be...

https://webhost.pro/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/tag/wordpress

note: not every article in your WordPress category is currently tagged with 'wordpress' - hence fewer results than just browsing that category, or searching for 'wordpress' in the kb form. 🙂

for other users, the precise URL format may need to reference your friendly URL settings, e.g /knowledgebase/tag/wordpress etc, but the above link should (though no guarantees) work even if you set FU to Full Friendly Rewrite.
