Hi @Douglas Ruiz,

We've not been able to reproduce the issue on our local test environments with a stock 7.7.0 installation at this time - even using your exact data.

So whilst an environment issue would appear to be the most likely explanation at this point, there are one or two final things we can check in your WHMCS installation.

I do hope you will re-consider and provide us with access to troubleshoot in your support ticket.
