Tried purchasing multiple times. Each time the system says that my purchase has been deemed high risk. Any way to get ahold of someone in realtime and get this ordered?

I purchase things every day with my business credit card so I don't see why this is high risk. Not a very good first impression.

I don't think WHMCS provide telephone support (even for sales), so your best bet is to open a ticket with Sales when they're open (Monday-Friday, 9am to 9pm GMT).

that's going to be faster than waiting for a reply here - especially when there would be no way for anyone to know the cause of the rejection without you providing more details - which you should do privately to Sales rather than here.

Do not use a proxy or VPN while making purchases online and you will not be classified as high risk. Its likely someone else is doing fraud using the same IP you are using to connect to the Internet. Its that or WHMCS is seeing other things as suspicious in the purchase. Antifraud systems are not perfect it might be a false positive.
