jacksoggetto
It appears the link tracking is not tracking the sales, so it's pretty pointless (honestly speaking is already pointless since I can't see which are the order from a certain link)
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @jacksoggetto Which link tracking are you referring to?
jacksoggetto
utilities -> link tracking http://whmcs.developer/link.php?id=3 It counts the hits, but it doesn't count sales
Kian
Link Tracking is not supposed to track sales in a very sophisticated way. It simply counts how many unique visitors * you received from the specific URL you are monitoring. If one of these visitors place an order he's used to calculate conversion rates. * A visitor is considered "unique" for 3 months with a cookie
jacksoggetto
it's not tracking sales. they always stay at 0. test it
Kian
Strange. I can confirm you that it's working on serveral systems. Clicks, Conversions and Conversion Rate are correct 🤨 Edited July 20, 2018 by Kian
brian!
i've quickly tried it and I would agree with Kian that it's working as expected. but i'm testing it on Six/Standard_cart linking direct to a product, but if your main site is using WordPress Cloudme template (with additional cookie coding), with your WHMCS site on a subdomain (which I believe it is), then that could be a possible cause of the links not tracking.
