cron error when upgrading to whmcs 7.5.1

Recommended Posts

I have a problem updating my Whmcs from Ver 7.4.2 to 7.5.1. My problem is that daily cronjob runs unsuccessfully automatically. I tried this manually. so please ask me where to ask?

Hi @anhtuan,

This error is caused when WHMCS is generating PDF invoices to send to clients.

The issue occurs due to the way the PNG image was encoded.

More information, and some good ways of fixing this can be found over on StackOverflow, here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22745076/libpng-warning-iccp-known-incorrect-srgb-profile

I hope this helps!

Hi @anhtuan

The error that you are getting

home/whmcs/domains/xxxxxxx.com/public_html/modules/gateways/nl.php

Seems to indicate an error with a third party gateway nl.php, could you try removing this and then re-executing the cron job to see if the issue continues.

Should this resolve the issue you'll need to check with the developer of nl.php to see if they have a compatible V7.5.1 version
