Rabab Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 Hi all, On my store, I market messaging and collaboration products and would like to ask if there is an option to activate on WHMCS that allows a customer to add an additional license? For example, the customer has already purchased 5 licenses, and he has paid us. and then he wants to add an additional license. Does WHMCS offer this additional license add feature? If you sell each licence as an individual product, it might be best for the client to order a separate instance of the product via cart.php. If you sell a single product and use configurable options to allow the client to choose how many licenses they have, then the client could change that value by clicking the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" sidebar link on the service details page in the client area. To see this link, make sure the Setup > Products/Services > Products/Series > Edit > Upgrades tab > Configurable Options option is ticked. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
