  1. Hi all, I want to set the monthly AND annual prices in the pricing tab of a product, but it gives me only the annual (see attached screenshot). I don't have the fields to enter the monthly price. I must activate something so that I can set the price for the month?
  2. Hi Community, On our Store, we have cloud products and we would like to display only annual prices. To configure the prices of products, we set them as follows: Setup -> Products/Services -> Products/Services Then, on Setup -> Products/Services -> Configurable Options And on Multibrand, we didn’t set the prices of products and we left them empty. Addons -> Multibrand -> $ SERVICES PRICING The result of this setting is: The annual price displayed is 0 !!! Our question: Is there a specific setup to do to set the products and display just the annual prices taking into account the action of the Multibrand option.

  4. Hello, I try to edit or save something in whmcs admin and I'm getting this error "Invalid CSRF Protection Token". I tried this solution but it does not work <<disable CSRF Checks under Setup > General Settings > Security. >> Any ideas to resolve this problem !
  5. Hi all, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to ask In which case the whmcs should show me "recurring" and in which case it should display "Annually"! Since in the configuration, the Payment Type = Recurring and the price config I activate the annual (see attached file)
  6. Hi Brian, I re-checked and found that all product addons are actually set as recurring. I even changed the template order to Standard but it changes nothing, I had the same problem.

  8. Hi all, I added on my platform whmcs 4 product addons, I configured them all in the same way (Payment Type = Recurring, ....) But when these addons are displayed in order process, it gives me 2 Annually addons and two more recurring (see the screenshot) I would like to ask if you have any idea about this little problem? Thank you for your collaboration.
  9. Thankh you for your feedback. I checked the configuration of the relations of addons with my Brand, and I think it is correct. I redid the configuration, and I re-tested but it always gives me the same error message !!!
  10. Hi, At the level of the configuration of the Email template, WHMCS proposes Variables Available when designing your email templates. Among these variables, there is {$ invoice_date_created} which returns as the date of creation of an invoice but the format of the date is in English "Wednesday, July 4th, 2018" If I want to change this format and I convert it date as 04/07/2018, how can I do it? Is there a tag or formula that allows me to change the date with this format DD / MM / YY ? Thank you in advance.

  13. Hi everyone, My WHMCS instance is having an issue on fetching number of unpaid invoices in Client area, it seems that the problem is related the language choosen . When I choose ENGLISH as a lang i got 7 unpaid invoices ( is the exact number) , but when i choose french or arabic i got 0 unpaid invoices , you'll find below screenshots for the problem : LANGUAGE : ENGLISH Debugging output : As you see below the clientsstats object has (7) as value of numunpaidinvoices field LANGUAGE : FRENCH As you see below the clientsstats object has (0) as value of numunpaidinvoices field What could be the problem and how i could resolve it ?
