I second themeforest, but as WHMCS is the managing and making money side, i would leave it as is and conentrate on the front end theme only.

I recall being obsessed getting a theme integrated, but in reality once your customer enters whmcs your theme however pretty is not required, plus its just pasted in the header and footer and you can do that yourself?

also important is to note how often they update their themes - no point having a great theme, if the next WHMCS update breaks it and they are no longer around to update it.

and also remember to never update WHMCS until you know that every third-party component (hook, addon, theme etc) that needs to be updated has been... otherwise you'll probably get errors galore.

there has never been a WHMCS update that you should rush to upgrade to without thoroughly testing first.
