Bridgett
I don't know exactly when this started happening, but it seemed to be sudden and not from anything I changed. When I log in to my admin area at camhostingservices.com/admin using my username and password, it logs me in just fine. Once I'm in there I can go to a client's information and click log in as client and it will bring me to their client area just fine. The problem is when I try to log in as a client, from camhostingservices.com/clientarea.php it will not let me log in. It doesn't tell me the login info is incorrect, it just refreshes and clears the form, and then all the sudden the page it's on is camhostingservices.com/clientarea.php/dologin.php and I am still not logged in. I searched all over the internet and can't find a solution to this. So I went to submit a support ticket through my admin area, and it takes me to https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4 I put in my email address and password, and it tells me "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again." I know they're correct, but I go ahead and click "Forgot Password". I put in my email address, and it says "No client account was found with the email address you entered". So I can't even ask support about this. I really hope someone here can help me. Thanks!
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @Bridgett Is this happening in all browsers? Could you try emptying your /templates-c folder and also check if you get the same issue in a different browser.
Bridgett
I've tried it in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome on my computer, and Chrome on my phone. I have cleared all my caches as well. Where's the /templates-c folder?
Bridgett
Nevermind, I found the templates folder. The only thing in there is index.php, do I need to delete that? I don't have any other templates set up, just the default.
Bridgett
@WHMCS ChrisD, can you or anyone help me with this? I still can't submit a support ticket, and my clients still can't sign in. This has gone on too long, I have clients needing to access their billing and it's very frustrating.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 8, 2018 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 8, 2018 Hi @ehostbg, This behaviour is usually caused an incorrect Setup > General Settings > General tab > WHMCS System URL value. It could also be caused by an issue with PHP Sessions on your server.
