Frozen233
Hello, For some reason my contact us form is giving an error that doesn't clarify much. As you can see in the picture below, when submitting the form it says 'An error occurred' but it doesn't say what's really wrong. I've tried changing the reChapta to the WHMCS 5 digit verification code, and the same error appears. Hope you can help.
othellotech
Not sure it matters, but the recaptcha on the screen-sht is not 'completed' so may be preventing the submission.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @Frozen233 A couple of things here, firstly please try changing back to the Six Theme and see if this assists, seondly, are you using SMTP or PHPMailer? Try switching between the two and see if this helps
Frozen233
Hello, I found the solution. Apparently after some update the field under General Settings > Mail that says 'Presales form destination' was totally cleared. That was causing the bug, as the contact.php form did not know where to go. I changed it back to the Pre-Sales support department, saved the settings and started working again. I hope it helps if anyone experiences the same issue

That would indicate PHPMailer was having a fit or blocked on his server most likely.
