I have a customer with a product with the price of 60,00 € and a Promotioncode which reduces the price by 50%. Now, in the invoice WHMCS has doubled prices. You will see that the price are now 120€ and not 60€. But the price is correct configured in whmcs. What I have do: 1. Upgraded the product of the customers from product x to product y. Product x cost 24,00€/year and product y cost 60,00€/year. 2. After the recurring invoice has been created, the price has been doubled. Is it a Bug? I know v7.4.2 can do some frighteningly strange things when it comes to invoices and there's been at least one hotfix for it so far, but I don't think it would apply to your issue. did you upgrade via the admin area as detailed in the documentation... https://docs.whmcs.com/Automated_Upgrades_and_Downgrades#Product_Upgrades ... and does the promotion code apply to both products ? Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 you could try to figure out what the upgrade amount should be from the formula, but as I don't know whether this is a v7.4.2 quirk or some unintended consequence of the upgrade, it might be worth opening a ticket with support and reporting back with any solution.
