WHMCS customer service sucks....

I don't disagree that we could help out if the member posted what they were looking for. However, WHMCS still needs to take to heart the fact that their CS teams really do suck, and usually know nothing about what they're talking about.

I can't count the ridiculous replies I've read from WHMCS staff that have really nothing to do with what the ticket was about, displaying a clear lack of understanding what was going on .
