However, WHMCS still needs to take to heart the fact that their CS teams really do suck, and usually know nothing about what they're talking about. I can't count the ridiculous replies I've read from WHMCS staff that have really nothing to do with what the ticket was about, displaying a clear lack of understanding what was going on .
