issue in domain registering in client area

A customer opened a ticket because, trying to register a domai, he got a blank screen with following message:

AFAIK, no other customers encountered this issue.

maybe an issue of the customer's browser about cookies?

I suggested the customer to empty his browser's cache and deleting cookies... still no feedback from him.

I write this hear just to report, if anyone else ever experienced it...
