As i have no reply from ticket, i start this post , so community can help me.

 I upgrade to 7.4 and now when i try to create a new customer from admin i receive:

have you tried downloading the full zip of your release from download.whmcs.com and manually re-uploading the 'vendor' directory ?

This was my first ONLINE UPDATE automatically, . maybe an error in online upgrade ?

I will try uploading manually , and i will answer as soon i uploaded manually all files.
