OptNode Hosting
Hello, I'm trying to setup support tickets. I want to allow ALL extensions to be attached to support tickets. I also have a problem when uploading a docx file to a support ticket. I get this error: Error: Could not save uploaded file. Please check permissions. I want to allow ALL extensions to be attached to support tickets. you can't. https://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Tab#Allowed_File_Attachment_Types Quote Specify the file types that customers are permitted to attach to support tickets. For example .jpg,.gif,.jpeg,.png It is not possible to accept .php attachments for security reasons as this could potentially allow someone to upload a malicious script to your server. have you added .docx to that list in your settings? if so, it should work as i've just tried it and uploaded a .docx extension in a support ticket whilst logged in as a client. have you set the permissions correctly on the "attachments" directory ?? https://docs.whmcs.com/Further_Security_Steps#Secure_the_Writeable_Directories
