Hello, My clients get emails when they open a ticket but my admins don't. They have support ticket notifications ticked on the admin settings but still don't get them. Please help me. I also get no errors on the activity logs.

Hey I am running into an error that I cant seem to fix. Whenever a user tries to pay with PayPal and chooses the option of paying an invoice with paypal using bank they run into the following error: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." I am desperately trying to fix this issue, if anyone know something I could try. Thank you!

Hello, I'm trying to setup support tickets. I want to allow ALL extensions to be attached to support tickets. I also have a problem when uploading a docx file to a support ticket. I get this error: Error: Could not save uploaded file. Please check permissions.
