graisbeck
I am getting this message at 'Step 3 checkout' when trying to pay for an order using the Stripe payment module - 'You must supply either a card, customer, pii data, or bank account to create a token.' All settings (api keys etc) seem to be correct, so any ideas why I'm getting this?
Logman
Did you resolve this? I'm setting this up and getting this error in testing.
Argoz
Hi had this issue and the support told me : Quote It looks like you've tried Stripe with multiple order forms, but the only one it works with it "Standard Cart". and Quote The Boxes order form and others you tried were developed for older versions of WHMCS and don't fully support newer features, such as Stripe. As they are not designed for Stripe and it's unique requirements, they won't work. That isn't a bug as they are not being developed and the module documentation mentions Stripe only supporting the mentioned order form.
Logman
I got this error on my first test but on the second it went through. So I pushed it live and clients are paying via it so all good. I had to upgrade my WHMCS theme in order for Stripe to work.
