    Solved it - I hadn't configured email notifications in 'Setup>Notifications'. I've still not sorted this out - This is when the ticket is meant to ask the customer for a feedback rating.

    I've added a billing department and website design support department both with their own email addresses, then added the Assigned Departments to my role. The problem is that when testing, I dont get an email notification, but they do show within WHMCS admin and the client receives an auto response. I've looked at the relevant WHMCS documentation and I'm sure everything is set up correctly but obviously, it's not! Also, I noticed the when the client receives an answer to their ticket via client area, the stars do not display only boxes where they should be, looks like fontawesome issue, perhaps?

    I believe I've just solved it by removing the hook in SideBarFaicons.php, then hid the product group.

    After checking with Jack at Zomex, he said that issue 1 is a problem with a WHMCS. WHMCS are saying the issue points to a custom hookpoint as mentioned in their reply - I came across an old thread of mine which might shine some light on it - https://whmcs.community/topic/271437-add-menu-item-to-home-shortcuts-navigation/ Any help would be appreciated!

    I now get an 'Error We were unable to connect your account. Please contact your system administrator.', I'm using standard order form. Please see image and ignore 'Issue 1' as that post is under 'Using WHMCS'

    When I try to hide or delete a certain product group (issue 1 in attached image) which does not contain any products, then try to purchase another product the cart throws a 404 error. So, then I have to recreate the product group in order for the checkout to work. Also, when the product group is in place and I try to make a purchase, I get an 'Error We were unable to connect your account. Please contact your system administrator.' error. I'm using standard order form as I've upgraded to 7.6.
