random 404s on index admin page after latest update

We updated to the latest version yesterday and all went well, except for not occasionally when I visit my admin page. I get a 404

 

If I refresh or go again it works fine. Then click on the WHMCS logo from within the admin page, get a 404, go the link again and it's fine. The URL never changes. I've cleared cache etc. Seeing it on FF and Chrome
