bspiller
I submitted 2 tickets to WHMCS support and never received an email confirmation. How am I supposed to check on the status of the ticket or send replies when I received no information?
yggdrasil
You can check the status of your ticket at any time from your WHMCS customer account.
bspiller
Not if it's a Reseller ticket you can't because the account doesn't have products.
yggdrasil
Not if it's a Reseller ticket you can't because the account doesn't have products. I see, there is your problem. Your ticket was probably never opened (that is why you didn't received an email confirmation either). Last time I checked, WHMCS support is only for WHMCS customers (direct). You would need to contact your reseller for support. While there is stated in the website somewhere they provide support for anyone, you can't open tickets with WHMCS unless you have a customer account, so not sure how that works.

I've sent the ticket in before with them and received the emails. They even have a Reseller Support department so they do offer the support.

I never finished reading that post (busy). Ok, so they do provide support to everyone. Confirmed.
