Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 Hi Webby, is there any settings for the login lockout its set to 3 attempts. also can we white list an ip? to take them in reverse - to whitelist an IP... http://docs.whmcs.com/Security_Tab#Whitelisted_IPs The IP addresses listed here will never be banned from accessing the admin area due to login failures. For example you may wish to add your office IP address. and I suspect it's hard-coded to 3 attempts...
