Auto complete order from set of pre-defined usernames/passwords?

Hi,

I'm not providing hosting/domains etc. However I am using WHMCS to manage my billing for products that require web usernames and passwords and until now I have installed/configured my servers and had list of servers and individual accounts on those server and when a order is placed I would fill in those usernames/passwords and IP address on order/user profile and then send email which automatically adds those entries from profile.

I'm looking for a way to make WHMCS do this step, So I just add servers to WHMCS with list of usernames that I can add/edit as needed and when a client places order one of the available logins is used/sent?

I basically just need it to take IP Address, username/password for the server for the appropriate fields in email automatically rather than me manually processing.

How would I achieve this?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice provided.

Hi,

There isn't an option to achieve this in WHMCS as standard. However it could conceivably be possible by way of a custom provisioning module.

If you'd be interested in a quote for completing this work for you, I'd suggest posting in this forum: https://forum.whmcs.com/forumdisplay.php?49-Service-Offers-amp-Requests

Hi, Thanks.

Are you sure there is no way I could achieve this in any way with any of the current modules?

I'm quite surprised if there isn't, I just assumed there would be a way but just didn't know how.

Hi,

Yes I am certain. At present there are two options for generating usernames; based upon the service's domain and randomly.

Passwords are always generated randomly.

If I can clarify anything further, please don't hesitate to ask.
