jeffuk
Hi, Could someone point me in the right direction? I started to notice no invoices were being generated and it turned out that the cronjob was removed. The problem I am having now is that when someone orders a product (hosting) the next due date is the same as the first invoices due date so customers are not getting their next invoice. I have to manually change the date. Any tips?
yggdrasil
That seems very strange. Was maybe the cron removed by your system administrator or your hosting company? Without the cron WHMCS has no way to bill or automate things. Cron is basically a scheduled task. Windows = Tasks. Linux = Cron. But it's the same thing. You need to make sure the cron is active and running.
jeffuk
Yes cron works fine. It is the due dates that do not seem to be changing.
WHMCS ChrisD
There could be a number of things causing this including mySQL Database issues, Hook Issues, Manually marking invoices paid, I'd recommend opening a support ticket so we can dig into this for you.
