Cannot create groups

hello i'm trying to create groups but when i click save changes it doesn't show any

group created. how can i fix this?

product groups. they take a while to create for some reason

and i cannot see whm packages inside of product idk why

if they're taking a while to complete, it could just be a slow server.

 

if they're not creating at all, then there may be an issue with your database connection, e.g you have strict mode enabled.

 

any problems creating anything else, e.g domain pricing, clients etc ?

yes, when creating products whm won't recognize the packages i made

but it's displaying enterprise pro and starter, i believe this is default

from the provider. but won't recognize mine.

Please ensure that you have the correct Username and Access Key listed in the cPanel Server and that your reseller account has permission to see these packages via the API.
