Well i tried to test my hosting product if it was working pretending to be a customer. I removed the customer in database before removing the product. now i'm trying to remove the product and i get this. what should i do?

hello i decided to put a favicon on whmcs client area but it's not loading? favicon is inside the six img folder template and i have this on header <link rel="shortcut icon" href="templates/($template)/img/favicon.ico" > is this wrong somehow?

i dont have root access on my hosting but on database i made sure i cleared all the users and tried to remake the account, but it showed that error. as far as i tried i cannot access apache webserver

yes, when creating products whm won't recognize the packages i made but it's displaying enterprise pro and starter, i believe this is default from the provider. but won't recognize mine.

product groups. they take a while to create for some reason and i cannot see whm packages inside of product idk why

hello well my whmcs is inside a directory /whmcd and the verification tool will only work for domain root or subdomains, how can i check if im able to use it?

hello i've been trying to remove a product from my WHMCS but i'm keep getting this message You cannot delete a product that is in use. To delete the product, you need to first re-assign or remove the products using it. I've removed the customer and everything, but i cannot delete it.

hello, i removed WHMCS logo from file manager in templates/six/img but the logo still remains there. do i need to wait some time until it gets removed? i also removed it from the trash. I'm using WHMCS bridge too...

hello, i've been trying to login on my whmcs admin panel, I contacted my host and they said the problem is not on their side, i even tried to clean cache and re install WHMCS. but nothing worked. when i enter my login details i simply get back to login area again, like a page refresh. and i'm sure my login details are correct since i tried with other password and gave an error. but doesn't show any error when i enter my login details correctly, just a simple refresh happens. How could i fix this problem please?
