WHMCS ChrisD
Hello, Try enabling display errors under Setup -> General Settings -> Other and then running thru your checkout process to see if any errors are shown

yggdrasil
Remove any hooks, disable addons and test it with the default template to check if you get the same issue. This can be a hook, or some template customization causing the issue. Do you have addons? They could also be the issue if they have hooks that execute after an order is placed.

WHMCS ChrisD
Thanks Chris! I enabled log but error appeared again without any kind of message.. its strange.. allways the same numbers... Hmm, This sounds like it's a addon or plugin issue, remove customisations and re-add one by one
