jmginer
Hello, I need to add a BCC to only one e-mail template. For privacy and legal reasons in this case, the "Copy To" is not a available option for me. How can I add a BCC to a e-mail template?
brian!
there isn't a default way to do it, but some information by John in a feature request reply may prove useful for you... There is currently a "Copy To" field available when editing an email template and its behaviour is dictated by the Setup > General Settings > Mail tab > Mail Type setting. If SMTP is selected the recipient will be CC'd, if set to phpmail() they will be BCC'd instead. that reply is 10-months old, so before v7 was released - but I assume it would still apply to v7.
WHMCS ChrisD
Also, if you want copies of all emails sent by the system sent to an address of yours enter the address here. You may enter multiple addresses seperated by a comma (,) under Setup -> General Settings -> Mail -> BCC Messages
