didiS
Hello, We are an accredited registrar with icann and we are using whmcs, connected to our logicboxes account. However we will be having multiple resellers that would have their own whmcs. What we would like to do is to have our instance of whmcs actually as an overview of all domains that were registered through our subresellers. So subreseller will have an account on our whmcs, but his clients (actually end-users) will have an account on their whmcs. We actually only need our whmcs for the overview of all orders, invoices and all for our clients, so that we can send them the invoice at the end of each month. We have found one module (Domains Reseller from Modules Garden), which should connect two or more instances of whmcs together, but we are wondering if there are more such modules or if any of you can suggest some other solution? Thank you very much for all answers!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 14, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 14, 2017 Hi, WHMCS is a single tier system, so by default you would not have the records for your customer's customers in your WHMCS installation. Your customers would need their own WHMCS installation to bill their customers directly.
didiS
Yes this I understand - so if I am registrar named Cube and I have a resseller named Triangle I would have whmcs where I would have client named Triangle (so my client actually) and he would have his own whmcs where he would have his own clients. This is totally understandable. However the problem is the connection between both whmcs - I need all domains that Triangle has from his clients in our whmcs (because all domains need to be billed at the end of the month) and domains need correct registrant information (so information from end user - actually Triangle client). So as said we have found Domains reseller module that should take care of this connection, however it is very buggy and with a lot of issues and I would like to know if someone has some other solution to make this work? Thanks Hi,WHMCS is a single tier system, so by default you would not have the records for your customer's customers in your WHMCS installation. brian!
other than the ModulesGarden addon, the only other one that springs to mind is Domain Seller - but I don't think it's been updated for v7 yet, so you may want to enquire with its developer about its current status. The WHMCS Domain Seller is an automatic Domain Reseller System that allows the "communication" with two or more WHMCS. Create now your own domain reseller network and increase your orders!
