Support ticket is not open when send email to exchange

Recommended Posts

Dear team,

My WHMCS has been worked for 01 month.

But subdently could not work with my exchange email.

Normally, when I sent email to support@domain.com, ticket is opened automatically. But now nothing do.

Run pop3.php job, see sucessfuly login.

Change pop3 (Setup > Support > Support Departments ) to gmail, its work. Ticket open.

Its seem my exchange @domain.com was blacklist IP of WHMCS.

In my exchange is configure whitelist to allowed IP of WHMCS.

How should I do now ?

Thank you for your advice !

You should probably contact your Exchange server administrator to check if emails are delivered properly to the account or check if its not blocking your WHMCS server from logging in, because this seems like a problem with your email server, not WHMCS. That would explain why it works with Gmail and not with your Exchange server. Seems like a firewall issue or some other blocking device to me.

I'm exchange administartor as well :).

I did not find any blacklist IP in exchange.

I create rule to allow whims IP as well.

Just recorgnize, if I create a new email in exchange support-1@domain.com and set POP whmcs by this email.

Ticket is opened.

Mean exchange server is not block IP of whmcs,

POP import counter of support-1 is alway "Mail box empty"

but for support@.. is a >0 number.

whmcs could not import ticket from mail support@domain.com

Its weird ...
