I have a ISP in ireland and i want to use WHMCS for the invoicing. whmcs by default create prepaid invoice. but my plan is different

the scenario is

My customer signup with us on 17th of January. So i will create the order on 17th. but not create a invoice. then i want the 1st of the month WHMCS create a invoice for this customer automatic with 13days product cost. lets say if my product price is 300 euros per month whmcs will make the invoice for 130 euros. i can't find any option in whmcs where we can setup the order and make it active but the invoice will be 1st of month.

i want to use two product for this customer so i want when whmcs make generate the invoice automatic it will be creating two products cost in one invoice. i don't want whmcs create 2 invoice for this

is anyone knows how to solve this matter?

Kind Regards

Mahim

Hi Mahim,

I don't think this is something that can be achieved via the default settings in WHMCS - it might need a custom solution - either from a Developer or by taking a look at the addons in the Marketplace.

there is the Billing Extension module, which I know can be set to send monthly consolidated invoices (maximum of 12 per year), but I don't know if it can handle your specific requirements - you'd need to contact its author to see.
