403 Forbidden, when i try to save a point from Setup => General Setting

Hello,

 

That's the second tread that i open regarding my problem because i have not reponse yet. Maibe now i have more look.

So, after i have update to the V7.1 version i have a problem when i try to set up one point from Setup => General Setting

For example, if i try to to set up the ordering, on Setup => General Setting => Ordering, evry time i receive the error:

 

403 Forbidden

 

A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site.

 

Any ideea what's wrong?

It might be modsecurity rules on your server being triggered. If you are the admin of the server that the WHMCS is installed on, check your Apache error logs and modsecurity logs. A 403 is usually indicative of a WAF (modsecurity) rule being triggered. And if that is what is happening, you will have to whitelist the rule or ask your host to whitelist the rule.

I just desactivate the mod security and i still receive this error.

Now, on V7 i must add the admin password when i go to Setup => General Setting .

Before, on V6, never ask me that.

OK, Now it's done.

I have move the adons domain near to public_html and all run fine.

also the Automatic update.
