twhiting9275 Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 It is likely that this is trying to send from an address that doesn't exist on the server. Double check your 'from' address . If this is a support department, then WHMCS will try to send it from that address. Otherwise, it will send the mail using the address specified. If you customized a template, telling the system to send from a specific address, it will use that address, and it's got to exist. Make sure that the system emails from address (whmcs -> admin -> setup -> general -> mail, at the bottom) exists as well. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
