I am seeing the following error in the activity log: (I have removed the email address, from the error message, but can say for definite, that it is definitely an active email address.

 

Admin Email Message Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: {EMAIL REMOVED}: Verification failed for No Such User Here Sender verify failed (Subject: {$atr_subject})

 

Any help appreciated

It is likely that this is trying to send from an address that doesn't exist on the server.

Double check your 'from' address . If this is a support department, then WHMCS will try to send it from that address. Otherwise, it will send the mail using the address specified.

If you customized a template, telling the system to send from a specific address, it will use that address, and it's got to exist.

Make sure that the system emails from address (whmcs -> admin -> setup -> general -> mail, at the bottom) exists as well.
