I'm Using WHMCS version 6.3.1 In my client area I'm receiving the following error: The addon is enabled, but there was a problem with the TLD Portal account! Now I would like to sync my TLD with eNom but it looks like the IP is not correct. Error: User not permitted from this IP address - 4 Error! The TLD Portal Settings could not be read! brian! Posted November 2, 2016 Share Posted November 2, 2016 then perhaps you gave eNom the wrong IP? from the above thread, it's either going to be your dedicated IP, or the server IP.
