User not permitted from this IP address

Can someone help me to fix this or point me into the right direction. I really appreciate it.

 

I'm Using WHMCS version 6.3.1

 

In my client area I'm receiving the following error: The addon is enabled, but there was a problem with the TLD Portal account!

 

Now I would like to sync my TLD with eNom but it looks like the IP is not correct.

Error: User not permitted from this IP address - 4

Error! The TLD Portal Settings could not be read! Please try again later.

 

Does someone knows how to solve this.

have you whitelisted the IP with eNom support ?? and have you whitelisted the *correct* IP ??

thanks for the update. However i'm still stuck.

In my cPanel i have set my IP whitelisted I also have received an email from eNom that they have listen my IP.

then perhaps you gave eNom the wrong IP?

from the above thread, it's either going to be your dedicated IP, or the server IP.

 

I don't use eNom, so i've never had to personally deal with this, i'm just going from previous threads that i've read.

Hi Hostxls,

 

As brian! mentioned this indicates that your IP with eNOM is not the IP that your server is sending the request out on or its not correctly whitelisted with them.
