sentq
was it installed manually from WHMCS downloaded package or by auto installer like Softaculous? make sure all files were uploaded, and check if /templates/six/ directory exist and readable

xyzulu
Turn on Display Errors in Setup > General > Other and see if any errors are thrown when you visit the frontend.

WHMCS ChrisD
Hello tloosle, Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry to hear you where having issues, just to confirm you where using at least PHP 5.6 & ionCube Loaders 5.0.21 or later? Issues like this are generally caused by a rouge/incompatible module and doing things like re-uploading /vendor/ /modules/ /includes & templates can help, in addition i'd recommend uploading a fresh copy of the root directory files (cart.php ect)

WHMCS ChrisD
Hello tloosle, Glad to hear you have this resolved! I'd recommend reaching out to OpenSRS to see if they have a version compatible with V7 if you are still using it.
