loopmail
hi there, fairly new to whmcs, so still learning the ropes. until now all has gone smoothly. upgraded tom7.0.0 fine, but went to use autoupgrade feature and I get the message see in the image. any suggestions? I've tried increasing the timeout setting and bumping the memory limit to 192mb. i have put a ticket in, but they also have a notice up saying they are snowed under due to v7 release. figured I'd post here to see if the solution was a simple one i have over looked.
twhiting9275
Double check memory limits, and max execution time, as the error indicates.
loopmail
ive set max execution time to 300 and memory limits to 368mb and it still fails. could the bit thats says error fetching update mean a communication problem between whmcs server and my server?

loopmail
Hi Chris, I had a ticket open, but ended up doing a manual upgrade. I closed the ticket. I found another issue and raised a ticket for that.
