I vaguely recall seeing something like this a few months back. It seemed to relate to a jailed environment.

Have you opened a ticket with your host?

Alternatively, you can try manually setting your temporary directory in configuration.php

I use vps for whmcs mate

So problem in main domain?

What code manual, can you write sample ?

Hi,

This error indicates that the directory specified in the PHP sys_get_temp_dir() configuration does not exist, is not writeable or is full.

It might also be caused by the tempnam() function being unable to create files in the tmp directory. This can be caused by safe_mode, please ensure that is off in your PHP configuration.
